Indian Stir Fry with noodles





Cubed tofu lightly fried in shallow oil, peas, broccoli, onion, chinese noodles, and Good Korma Simmer Sauce .

I also bought the Rogan Josh simmer sauce and wish I had used that instead because I like spicy.

Yum! I like anything with broccoli, and covered in curry sauce is even better! I'd never hear of that brand of sauce, thanks for the link!

Looking back at this, the sauce was the only Indian thing about this, ha! I hadn't been to a real Indian restaurant at that point.
